PRICE ESTIMATOR
For Plumbing, emergency lock repairs & Small Electrical Repairs
We charge £35 minimum charge for the first Half hour and £15 - £17.50 per half hour there after plus materials.

We charge £30 minimum charge for the first Half hour and £12.50 per half hour thereafter plus materials.

Out of Hours Emergency Repairs
For emergency out of hours repairs ( 18.00 hours to 08.00 hours Mon/Sat & all day Sunday ) for Electrical, Plumbing, Lock repairs etc. we charge £55 minimum charge for the first half hour and £35 per half hour thereafter plus materials.
Insurance Estimates
Often insurance companies require written quotations for works covered by their policy. We charge a fixed fee of £45 for this service. The fixed fee amount will be deducted from the outstanding balance amount, should we be awarded the job.
Payment
Payment can be taken by either cash or cheque covered with a valid cheque guarantee card.
Commercial Accounts
Companies and landlords who wish to use our service to take care of their everyday maintenance requirements, can open an account with us. Invoices are to be paid strictly within 28 days of invoice date.
